Custom feedback is always welcome — not for the feedback itself, but for the dialogue it inspires. This October 2025, under NDA, I conducted an independent assessment of a company involved in an upcoming potential acquisition, working closely with the interested investor (M.S.).
My experience was particularly valued in identifying strong structural and strategic variants early on and evaluating their scalability potential. The findings from this assessment aligned with the analysts’ perspective, confirming a shared view on both the risks and opportunities of the transaction.
